Dr. Skidmore began his medical training at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. Prior to this, Dr. Skidmore pursued his undergraduate studies at Westminster College, also in Salt Lake City, UT, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Psychology and a Minor in Biology.  Following medical school, Dr. Skidmore completed a Transitional Year Internship at Northwestern University Affiliated Hospitals (ENH) in Evanston, IL, He then advanced his training further by undertaking a Radiation Oncology Residency at the University of Cincinnati Hospitals in Cincinnati, OH, where he served as Chief Resident.
