Patient AdvocateCancer Center · Full time · 32–40 hours
Serve as a liaison between patients, billing, and clinic staff; welcome new patients; resolve account and insurance issues; and help arrange financial assistance.
What you’ll do
- Educate patients about services and insurance, gather new-patient information, and verify coverage.
- Identify referral or authorization needs before service and maintain authorizations for ongoing treatment.
- Help resolve billing questions, arrange assistance or drug-replacement coverage, and establish payment plans.
What you’ll bring
- Two to three years of medical-office experience with front-office or billing experience.
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Admixture TechnicianCancer Center · Full time · 32–40 hours
Compound chemotherapy agents under physician and pharmacy leadership while maintaining safe, accurate workflow and established policies.
What you’ll do
- Compound chemotherapy agents according to physician orders and follow OSHA and company procedures.
- Support workflow, scheduling, team coverage, and training for new employees.
- Read and communicate measurements accurately while safely handling vials, needles, syringes, and medicinal preparations.
What you’ll bring
- Strong organization, communication, mathematics, data-entry, and teamwork skills.
- Two years of IV-admixture experience and chemotherapy experience are preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; national pharmacy technician certification preferred.
Medical Records ClerkSalt Lake Clinic · Full time · 32–40 hours
Keep clinical records organized and accessible through careful filing, clerical support, and accurate use of office equipment and systems.
What you’ll do
- File reports in charts and charts in the appropriate files using alphabetical and numeric systems.
- Operate standard office equipment and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Travel occasionally to UCS offices along the Wasatch Front.
What you’ll bring
- General clerical experience preferred, with exposure to medical terminology.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- The role includes frequent bending and stooping and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Patient Services RepresentativeOgden / Layton · Full time · 32–40 hours
Welcome patients and visitors, coordinate scheduling, gather insurance information, and connect patients with the right clinical support.
What you’ll do
- Work Monday through Thursday in Ogden and Friday in Layton.
- Greet, instruct, direct, and schedule patients while collecting accurate insurance and contact information.
- Serve as a consistent liaison between patients and the medical support team.
What you’ll bring
- Clear communication, careful data entry, and confidence using standard office systems.
- One year of medical-office experience and medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Build and strengthen relationships with referring providers, increase awareness of UCS services, and support thoughtful growth across the service area.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary liaison between UCS and current or prospective referring providers.
- Plan strategic outreach, maintain provider relationships, and communicate UCS physician, clinic, and service information.
- Interpret referral data, identify trends, and recommend outreach initiatives; frequent local travel is required.
What you’ll bring
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, organization, and independent time-management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Healthcare marketing, provider outreach, business development, sales, or clinical experience is preferred.

Coordinate individualized, comprehensive care and help patients, families, and caregivers move through every phase of the cancer-care continuum.
What you’ll do
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate care across physicians, specialists, and community resources; monitor progress and update plans.
- Provide education about treatment, symptom management, and self-care while documenting care accurately.
- Advocate for patients and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
What you’ll bring
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state registered nurse license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Care-management and oncology experience preferred.
